鶏soba 座銀 肥後橋本店の「限界濃度 鶏sobaの日」に来てみた。

高級料理店の前菜のように並べられた、トッピングに目を取られる。しかし、驚くのはそこだけではない！

「限界濃度」の名に相応しい、濃ゆいスープ！
A dark soup worthy of its name.
一番最初に食べたときは、本当に感動した。「今まで食べた濃厚ラーメンの中で一番」と感激した。
When I first ate, I was really impressed. "I'm the best rich ramen I've ever eaten."
トッピングは季節によって変化するという噂だが、2回訪問したことがあるが、2回とも違った。
Toppings change with the season. I have visited twice, but both were different.
前回はナント、キャビアが乗っていた！

1,000円で豪華すぎやしないか？ひたすら感動！

スープは、限界まで濃厚ということもあり、熱々が長く続く。いくら最高のラーメンでも、冷めたら興ざめだが、鶏sobaは熱々がとても長続きする。ゆっくり頂いて、半分くらいは最高の熱々が続いている。
The soup may be thick to the limit, and the heat lasts a long time. No matter how good the ramen is, if it cools down, chicken soba stays hot for a long time. Slowly, about half of the hottest continues.
テーブルに置かれた七味を少し振りかけたら、味の雰囲気が変わってこれまた最高！
Sprinkle a little bit of Shichimi on the table and the atmosphere of the taste will change and this is the best again!
店内の雰囲気
「おしゃれカウンター」だ！とても清潔で、席につくとおしぼりと前かけがセッティングされている。
"Stylish counter"! It is very clean, with towels and apron set when you get to the seat.
男女ペアで利用している人も多く、落ち着いた大人の女性にも好まれる雰囲気だろう。

店員さんもとても感じがよく、丁寧な接客も高得点！

真冬に行列に並んだが、温かいお茶まで配ってくれた。「寒い中お待ちいただきありがとうございます。」なんという気遣い！ジャパニーズ「おもてなし」だろう。こんなお店は他に知らない！
They lined up in the middle of the winter, but they gave us warm tea. "Thank you for waiting in the cold." It will be Japanese "OMOTENASHI(hospitality)". I don't know any other stores like this!
行列（待ち時間）
18時頃並びはじめて、19時に席に着くことができた。そして座るとほぼ同時にラーメンが提供された。
It was the first time around 18:00 and I was able to get a seat at 19:00. Almost at the same time, a ramen was offered.
合計待ち時間は1時間といったところだった。
The total wait time was one hour.
前回はラッキーで、並ばず入店できたが、食べ終わりには長蛇の列ができていた。
The last time I was lucky, I could enter without a line, but at the end of eating, there was a long line.
限界濃度（２８日）のランチタイムには行ったことはないが、夜の部は１時間待ちといったところだろう。
I haven't been to the limit concentration (28 days) lunchtime, but I would probably wait for an hour in the evening.
※平日のランチタイム（限界濃度の日ではない）も並んで入るが、３０分程度で入店できた印象だ。
※ Weekday lunch time (not the day of the limit concentration) enters side by side, but it seems that I was able to enter the store in about 30 minutes.
